The 3D Printed Flax Snail Written by Stah Poutai

Our friends from Auckland Museum had a lovely gift that they sent us. It was a 3D printed Flax Snail. Wendy and Josh the people that we Skpe are the ones who sent us it. The flax snail was 3D printed and looks so much like a real alive flax snail. The Maori named for the flax snail is Pupu Harakeke. We are going to use it  as a talking stick for when we do Skyping and only the person with the flax snail is allowed to do the talking.

It is really cool now that you can 3D print endangered snails and other things without taking them out of there natural habitat.
